Refund policy

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 3-days return or exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange only in case of wrong or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the Tags.

If you return an item within 3 days from the date of delivery unused and in resalable condition, including unmarked, undamaged, and complete packaging, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price. Only damaged or wrong meters (part of a meter) or piece or product can be refunded not the whole order.

REFUND

After a successful return and inspection of returned fabric, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price or refund to your bank account or refund to your source of payment if the order is prepaid. If the coupon code is applied and the order is returned then the discount will be deducted from the amount and the remaining amount will be refunded. 

Both shipping charges and COD Charge will be deducted from the amount and the remaining amount will be credited if the order is returned by you.

 

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUE

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item being returned shows signs of use, and we determine it does not have a manufacturing defect, the return will be handled on a case-by-case basis and we will not issue store credit.  Customers may be charged shipping to return the product to you.  

 

 

 

NON-RETURNABLE

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized printed fabrics or any special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about any fabrics.

 

If your order contains products sold in OFFERS or SALE, we would not accept any returns request unless the product is defected/damaged or the product is not what you ordered for.

 

CANCELLATION

To cancel an order please get in touch with us at Support@mehers.in with your order number and your cancellation request

If you cancel the order any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account. If you had selected COD at the time of placing the order, there is no amount to be refunded as you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 5 - 10 working days from the time of order cancellation.
